Appearance, including perception of race, also matters when seeking employment. What you say about "it's what's inside that counts" is true, but we, human beings in general, need to use a sort of short-hand when making quick judgments. For example, you would be less likely to give a second thought to a guy who presents himself unwashed, wearing dirty clothes. This, of course, is not the same thing as a person being physically attractive, but it's all tied together in the brain, and difficult to separate on a moments notice. "Well, this guy isn't very good looking, but at least he's clean and well dressed". We are not quite that logical in matters of attraction.
This is great! A product that doesn't require the animal to be dead!
Ah... the lengths some people will go to in order to support a habit. No judgment implied--been there, done that. The "device" does sound safer than the real thing.
I had this (or something close to it) a few years back. Finally went to the doc the day before we were taking the new camper out for the first time. The pain subsided as soon as the infection went down a bit, and it was more of an annoyance than a big deal after a few days. Good luck with it!
Welcome (back) to Greasy!
I wish I had been able to do #1 many years ago. Me and some friends had a cross-country trip planned: mostly using Amtrak. We couldn't all get time off at the same time... blah, blah, blah, and it never happened. I still want to travel--I have a travel trailer and a truck to pull it, but some ole crap... too many responsibilities... Your plans sound wonderful.
I went to see bamboo yarn and found organic slug control methods instead!
Usually the pain is caused by the infection which begins to diminish with the antibiotic. Hopefully you are "most cases" and the pain will be gone shortly!
