Dorothy (Fairuza Balk)



just hasn't been the same since she got back from Oz, & her Aunt Em (Piper Laurie)



is worried. Dorothy gets sent to a clinic to begin shock therapy but instead returns to an unfamiliar land where the Yellow Brick Road lies in ruins. With the help of a walking jack o' lantern, a wind-up robot & a flying sofa, she rises against an evil, many-headed princess & a wicked king made of stone.

2 stars. kinda boring...Fairuza does a great job portraying Dorothy but the rest of the story just seems like a rehash of the original...just worse. I would love to read the books to see if the series is better than the movies...most likely is!
