And I am an addict.

Acknowledgment is the first step.

I am addicted to facebook. And if that weren't bad enough... I am also now addicted to texting.

I resisted facebook for a very long time. My sister would call me to tell me who was on there, what they were doing, what hilarious thing was said... yada... yada.... yado. Me? I couldn't be bothered. I "had" more important things to do. Now, I get the shakes if a few hours go by that I haven't checked in on the facebook hood.

And as far as texting went... again... couldn't be bothered. There was nothing I needed to type, that I couldn't actually use the phone to say. I mean, it's nearly impossible to see the ity bity letters on my phone. But there I am (reading glasses on) just texting away the silliest thoughts.

Heaven help me... I'm addicted. I just called Verizon Wireless to change my plan to "unlimited texting", because I know... addicts know no limits.

I'm so ashamed, LOL....

Terri, I know what you mean about facebook! lol I'm the same way now! I love that place! As for texting, I also have the unlimited texting because of my hearing loss. So, I text mostly everyone! Thank God for the unlimited plans!

I can say with complete honesty that I don't and never will text while I'm driving. I actually will barely even talk on the phone while driving. As addicting as it is, my life, my children's lives as well as the lives of others are way more important that what/who is on the phone.

I am on the unlimited texting plan as well, and I informed R he should switch too because I often make him go over in minutes... oopsy! I have the same addictions as you!

lol you need a 12 step program saying that i need one to i keep facebook permanently open and refresh the page periodically i don't text though no one to text to I'm kinda addicted to greasy lol

I have FB open all day too and so as soon as I see a new notification, I will see if it's something I NEED to add my two cents too, LOL. I never thought I would text, but now? HOPELESS... oh well.... better this than drinking or gambling?? LOL
